Pandora is one of  our original ewes from the Red Trillium. Pandora produces a heavy thel rich black fleece with a hint of brown/grey coloring the yarn.

 

Pandora is a very attentive mother, producing fast growing lambs with her ample milk. Her large frame and solid curling horns are passed on to her lambs.

Athena has the dense full fleece of her mother Pandora and the long body build  and strong horns of her father, Grasshopper.

 

Athena is a very protective mother, herding her lambs around the pasture, never letting them stray far from her side. Her fleece has a slight hint of silvering, giving the yarn a unique shade of black.

 

Athena was bred to our William in 2007, producing two stunning grey black ewe lambs. Both of these lambs are available.

Sally

Sally has the dense fleece and long stocky build of her parents Athena and Louis. Sally’s fleece is heavily silvered, producing a dark charcoal fiber.

 

Sally is a gentle girl, always standing back from the crowd and cocking her head inquisitively.

 

Sally was retained for our breeding program in attempt to increase our black animals.

 

2008 Update: Sally delivered a gorgeous black ewe Stella out of our Blesa Leader line ram, Leonardo. The lamb is available.
