Butterscotch
CLRC Reg. No. RTK M4H 04N
Horned Moorit Mouflan Solid Twin (carries Spotting)
Lambing Record (1,2,2,2,3) 200% lamber
Butterscotch is one of our original ewes from the Red Trillium. She has beautiful light Moorit fleece, heavy with thel, that makes the most interesting yarns when plied together with our whites and charcoals.
Butter is a great mother, producing large fast-growing lambs with her ample milk. Butter is extremely personable and we eagerly anticipate her lambs every year.
2008: Butterscotch delivered triplets!!!! Two ewes (one solid black and the other spotted mouflan black) and a big ram lamb (black Mouflan) were sired by Phoenix. This triple package is available, please contact us to reserve.
Emma
CLRC Reg. No. TMB EMMA EWE M4SH 9R
Horned Spotted Moorit Mouflan Twin
Lambing Record ( 1,1,1 )
Emma is our first spotted lamb born on the farm to Butterscotch and Louis. What Emma lacks in productivity, she sure makes up in QUALITY, producing two spectacular lambs!!
Emma has thick, thel filled fleece and a stocky build from her parents, a characteristic she passes on to her offspring.
2008: Emma was bred to Leonardo, giving a very large spotted black ram lamb, Sylvester, who is available.
Annie
CLRC Reg. No. TMB ANNIE EWE M2H 11S
Horned Grey Moorit Twin
Lambing Record ( 1,1 )
Annie is a drop dead gorgeous ewe out of Butterscotch and Gizmo. Annie produces a thel-rich light brown yarn, with extreme softness.
Annie is a very shy girl, always curious, but never quite brave enough to come forward on her own for a pat or scratch. She retains the strong wide horns of her sire with the beautiful fleece of her mother.
Annie was bred to our Leonardo in 2009 giving us a single spotted Black leader ram lamb. Her lamb, Arthur, is available.
Update: Annie’s ram lamb, Levi, from 2007 will be retained for a herd sire here on Thimbleberry Farm!!!
