Icelandic sheep, llama, alpaca, regardless of the fibers we have sent Stonehedge, they have come back in dazzling skeins of yarn and roving that our eager customers fight over.
Shearing time doesn’t feel complete without a visit to Deb McDermott’s Stonehedge Fiber Mill. Spending an afternoon visiting, touring the fiber mill , and seeing the farm is a much anticipated ending of a busy shearing season.
Deb offers a wide range of fiber services at very reasonable prices, and always a friendly family style visit.
From Mark and Carolyn Kristof ‘s flock came some of our most beloved original Icelandic Sheep and our first Icelandic experience.
After researching various breeds of sheep on the web, we visited the Red Trillium Farm, just to “have a look”. Needless to say, after one hour with Mark and Carolyn we were hooked and had bought our first flock!!

The Wool in the Woods is a fantastic fiber farm owned by some of the nicest shepherds around. From Amber, we have several wonderful ewes and are guard Llama, Sueño. Amber has a nice selection of quality Icelandics and CVM’s.
